Online Pitching Assessment and Video Feedback
If you purchase or submit materials for an online pitching assessment or video feedback service, you agree to follow the provided video submission instructions.
Submitted videos and athlete information are used for the purpose of reviewing pitching mechanics and providing feedback. For the best review, videos should be clear, complete, and submitted from the requested angles.
Paige Parker Pitching may request new or additional video if the submitted video is unclear, incomplete, or does not follow the submission instructions.
Online feedback is intended to provide helpful coaching insight based on submitted video. It is not the same as live, in-person instruction and is not a guarantee of specific results.
Payments
Payments may be processed through Kajabi and/or third-party payment processors such as Kajabi Payments, Stripe, or PayPal. Kajabi notes that site owners manage their own customer refund and cancellation policies, so Paige Parker Pitching’s posted policies control purchases made through this site.

Athlete Safety
Athletes and families are responsible for making sure any training, practice, exercise, drill, or instruction is appropriate for the athlete’s age, ability, health, and physical condition.
Participation in softball training involves physical activity and some risk of injury. By participating in services or applying training feedback, you acknowledge that risk and agree to use reasonable care, proper equipment, and appropriate supervision.
If an athlete has pain, injury, medical concerns, or physical limitations, please consult a qualified medical professional before participating in training or applying coaching feedback.
User-Submitted Content
You may submit messages, videos, files, forms, images, or other materials to Paige Parker Pitching. You confirm that you have the right and permission to submit those materials.
You retain ownership of your submitted materials. By submitting materials, you give Paige Parker Pitching permission to view and use them as needed to provide the requested service.
Paige Parker Pitching will not use submitted athlete videos or personal materials for public marketing purposes without separate permission.
