Refund Policy 

1. In-Person Lessons

24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

2. Online Pitching Assessment & Feedback

Refunds may be requested before video has been submitted or review work has begun. Once video has been submitted, reviewed, or feedback has been prepared, the assessment is non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the service.

If the submitted video is unclear or does not follow the submission instructions, Paige Parker Pitching may request a new video before completing the assessment.
Video Call Included With Assessment: We understand schedules can change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your video call.

3. Camps & Clinics 

Refunds may be issued up to 7 days before the event, minus any processing fees. Refunds are not available after that date, but registration may be transferred to another athlete when possible.

4. Online Courses

Online course purchases are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if the course has not been substantially accessed, downloaded, or completed.

Because many of our services involve reserved time, personalized review, and custom feedback, refunds are limited once work has begun or access has been provided.
